HOW IT WORKS/ DELIVERY

 

We will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible once received. Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation letting you know we have received your order and it is being progressed.

 

When your order is ready to ship, we will send you a further dispatch  email. We aim to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as we can – usually within 48 hours.

 

However, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by any delay in delivering your order. We will try to keep you informed in the event of any delay.

 

Delivery will be to the address specified by you when ordering and will be free of charge as long as the address specified is within the United Kingdom. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, please contact a member of the Sarto team to discuss. In this event please also check what taxes or duties may apply, as you will have to pay these yourself. We do not know and cannot control what charges you may have to pay once your order reaches the destination country.

 

As soon as the order is delivered to you, you become the owner of those Product(s) and the risk will passed to you. This means that you will be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to the Product(s).

 

We will try and manage to send orders received on the same day if placed before 12pm Mon-Fri, and the next business day if placed thereafter.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

 

All orders are free for delivery within the UK. Please note that we only ship within the UK for the time being.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any  items within a 14 day period provided they are unworn and in resalable condition. If you would like to exchange please email us at sarto@luxurytailoring.co.uk.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free-post returns and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return costs.

 

Please ensure your items are securely packaged when sending the parcel back. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage and use a tracked and signed for postage service.

 

It usually takes between 5-10 working dates to receive your returned parcel and process your refund or exchange.

 

Exchanges are only offered for the same style in a different size or colour, if you wish to exchange for a different style. All refunds exclude all shipping costs.

 

WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LATE?

 

Any returns that arrive to us after the 14 days are ineligible for return and will be reshipped to the customer upon receipt.

 

Please note, you will be liable for postage costs for us to return these item(s) to you.

 

PAYMENT

 

Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on the Website are inclusive of VAT and other applicable UK taxes. The prices shown do not include the delivery fee, which will be added to your total order cost at checkout.

 

Orders must be paid for immediately by credit, debit card or via PayPal. If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will process a full refund within seven days.

 

FAULTY GOODS

 

Our aim is that you will never experience a damaged or faulty item being delivered to you. However if you feel there is a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately via email at sarto@luxurytailoring.co.uk so that we can personally assist you and resolve any issues as soon as possible.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

 

We must be notified in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods about all damaged goods or shortages. Any notification later than this will result in a void claim.
